Complaints
We aim to deliver the highest level of customer service. However, if you feel you would like to formally complain about any matter please email Gary Oates at gary@singsunfly.com. We will reply as soon as possible and in any case you will at least receive an acknowledgement within five working days whilst we work to resolve your complaint.
